FIC: Walk Visible Under The Sun, 1/4, NC-17

Well, here it is: the epic cross-over. I think I had forgotten how much I loved Rohan and the Rohirrim, how much I admired their strength, their courage, and the way they lived their lives without the aid of magic or the blood of Numenorean kings. I hope I have done them justice in this tale for I have fallen far too hard for Éomer/Kirk as a pairing.

I am dedicating this to easilymused1956. She was a lovely woman, a true fan with a golden heart, and she was always so encouraging and wonderful. This seems like a good tale to dedicate to her. Renee, this one's for you!

In other news, I am trying this cross-posting thing from Dreamwidth. No, I'm not leaving LJ. I'm a paid user, damnit, and I expect my views to be heard and respected. But, I'm also cynical and practical, so it never hurts to be prepared. I was never a Scout, but the 'always prepared' motto is a good one.

Summary: Éomer watches as a strangely clad man kills a warg in mid-leap. By the time he overtakes them, the blond-haired man is lying silent and broken at the bottom of a ravine and something inside Éomer feels compelled to help him. Éomer has no idea what he’s willing to risk for the mysterious man with no memories and arresting sky blue eyes.
